HCRG Care Group is seeking enthusiastic and passionate Band 5 Nurses to join the Ward team at Harty Ward in Sheppey Community Hospital, North Kent. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-focused care and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure positive healthcare experiences for patients and their families. Ideal candidates should be registered nurses committed to patient rehabilitation, possess strong communication and organisational skills, and be flexible in their approach. The position offers full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (30 hours) options, with support for newly qualified nurses through a structured Preceptorship scheme.
