We are currently recruiting for two full-time positions for LD Nurses to work within our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to provide specialized care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities, ensuring they receive the highest standard of mental health care.
1 WTE based in Cheshire West & Chester Based services
1 WTE based in Cheshire East services

- The post holder will work as part of the multi-disciplinary community 0-18 / access CYPMH Team, and will be expected to work autonomously, managing a defined case load of 0-18-year-olds with mild / moderate Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviour.
- Management of a small clinical case load within the 0-18 teams.
- To support 0-18 CYPMH colleagues with PBS consultation, PBS working.
- Support SEND thinking and SEND awareness within the 0-18 / access teams
The community LD Nurses working in 0-18 / Access together supporting SEND and lead on PBS thinking and working in West, East and Access areas
