MENTAL HEALTH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS
The Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two full-time Community Nurses specializing in Learning Disabilities (LD) for their Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), with positions available in Cheshire West & Chester and Cheshire East. Successful candidates will provide specialized care to children and young people aged 0-18 with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors, managing their own case loads and supporting multidisciplinary teams in promoting positive behavior support (PBS) and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) awareness.

Ideal applicants should be enthusiastic about enhancing the mental health and well-being of young individuals and will need to demonstrate alignment with the Trust's values of communication, competence, courage, care, compassion, and commitment through a values-based interview process. Additionally, the Trust offers a relocation package of up to £8,000 for eligible applicants and encourages applications from those with disabilities, as well as from the armed forces community.
