The Patient Engagement Lead / Healthcare Assistant position at HMP Swinfen Hall in Lichfield offers a unique opportunity to work in a primary care setting within a prison environment. This full-time role includes working four shifts per week (three 9-hour shifts and one 10.5-hour shift) and offers an annual salary of up to £28,000, depending on experience. Responsibilities will involve supporting a registered nurse in delivering care plans and leading initiatives to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction through effective communication, project planning, and collaboration with senior management.
