Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated Care & Support Worker to join their team at Woodrow House in Cheshire. This full-time position involves working 42 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, including weekends. The role focuses on providing specialized care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, promoting their independence and integration into the community. Support Workers will engage with residents to understand their individual needs and preferences, offering both physical and emotional support while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
