The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Medical Laboratory Assistants for multiple positions across three sites: Adult Histology at Oxford Road Campus, Paediatric Histology at St Mary’s, and Adult Histology at Wythenshawe. The role involves supporting Biomedical Scientists and Consultant Pathologists by providing essential scientific services for pathological diagnoses. Key responsibilities include pre-analytical preparation of samples, assisting in specimen dissection, ensuring timely and accurate lab work, maintaining data integrity, and managing laboratory supplies. Candidates must work under supervision, adhering to departmental procedures and standards.
