The Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Band 6 or Band 7 Crisis Intervention Practitioners for the Mindworks Crisis Intervention Service in Aldershot, focusing on addressing the emotional and mental health needs of children and young people (CYP) in crisis. This role involves working within a collaborative team, providing crisis assessments, risk management, and care planning in local hospitals and the community, with a focus on facilitating safe discharges and follow-up care. Candidates should possess relevant professional registration and experience in crisis intervention with vulnerable populations, particularly young people.
