The Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist for its Frailty Service at University Hospital Lewisham, offering an opportunity for both new and seasoned professionals to join a supportive, innovative team. The role involves managing a caseload of patients with complex needs, leading the Occupational Therapy team, and contributing to service development and delivery. The candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, provide supervision to junior staff, and participate in the operational planning and delivery of therapy services, including potential weekend work as part of a 7-day service initiative.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about service innovation and committed to high-quality, evidence-based practice.
