The Head Chef at Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust in Redruth will play a crucial role in managing the Catering Department's Production Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services for both patients and retail customers. This position involves close collaboration with the management team to maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety, while adhering to food safety legislation and HACCP protocols.
