As a Maintenance Operative, your focus will be to ensure the building and grounds are well maintained, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services, and basic fixes to equipment and systems to keep the facilities fully functional. You will also support new residents in arranging their rooms, undertake routine re-decoration, and provide an out-of-hours emergency service.
