Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants to join their stroke unit in Manchester. The role involves providing essential personal care to stroke patients, which includes assistance with mobilising, toileting, bathing, dressing, and eating and drinking, while fostering a supportive environment. Nursing Assistants will communicate sensitively with patients, families, and the multi-disciplinary team under the supervision of Registered Nurses, working flexibly across various shifts throughout the week.

New hires will benefit from the Support Worker Development Programme, enhancing their skills and knowledge, which may lead to progression into a Band 3 Nursing Assistant role.
