Seaford Medical Practice is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis, working 28 hours per week. The ideal candidate should possess phlebotomy and primary care experience and demonstrate a compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor while maintaining a calm and positive attitude. Responsibilities include providing phlebotomy services, managing patient appointments, conducting baseline measurements, performing ECGs, and ensuring proper specimen handling. The role requires adherence to practice protocols and effective communication within a busy clinical environment.

The successful applicant will work under indirect supervision, supporting senior clinicians and escalating any issues as necessary. Other duties involve assisting with wound care, conducting in-house urine tests, maintaining records of refrigerator temperatures, and acting as a patient chaperone.
