The Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth in London is seeking an experienced Outpatient Staff Nurse to join their dynamic Outpatient Department, which prioritizes exceptional patient care. In this role, the nurse will support various clinical specialties, contribute to the department's governance including Risk Management and Health and Safety, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with NMC and hospital guidelines. The Outpatient Department features 25 consulting rooms and a minor procedure area, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing care, conducting patient assessments, and planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Effective communication is crucial, as the nurse will need to convey complex information to patients and their families, particularly in sensitive situations. This role emphasises teamwork and the commitment to maintaining high standards of care within a patient-centered framework.
