The Red Practice in Walton-On-Thames is seeking a part-time Practice Nurse to join their friendly and dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work up to 20 hours per week, including all day Monday and two half days, with some flexibility available. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care, managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and asthma, performing various medical procedures like vaccinations and wound care, and maintaining accurate patient records. The position requires proficiency in EMIS, along with a commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development. The Practice Nurse will be accountable to the GP Partners for clinical matters and the Practice Manager for non-clinical matters, working independently while adhering to established protocols. Essential tasks include administering treatments, participating in clinical meetings, and helping to maintain a safe clinical environment.
