NHS England is seeking an Elective Transformation Intelligence & Insight Lead at Band 8a level to join the East Intelligence & Insight Team in Fulbourn. This role involves supporting the Operations Directorate by providing actionable insights that help distinguish meaningful performance trends from background noise, ultimately enhancing patient experience within the NHS. The post holder will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, assisting in service planning, conducting deep dive analyses, and projecting future service demands. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as the role requires effective engagement with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should possess analytical skills, experience working with large data sets, and proficiency in tools such as SQL and Python.
