This full-time, permanent role involves managing appointment bookings for outpatient visits, surgeries, and post-operative reviews while liaising with referrers and external diagnostic services. Key responsibilities include high levels of patient interaction via phone and in reception, ensuring a high-quality patient experience in a clean environment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some flexibility required for covering sickness and annual leave. Candidates should have strong organizational and customer service skills, with prior experience in a similar environment preferred.
