The Modality Partnership in Walsall is seeking a full-time First Contact Physiotherapist for a fixed-term contract of 12 months within the Walsall West One PCN. The role involves providing focused care alongside a multidisciplinary team, addressing areas such as learning disabilities, care homes, and mental health. Candidates should possess passion for patient care, strong communication skills, and substantial experience in primary care settings.
