This is an amazing opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our expanding multi-disciplinary team at Greyfriars Surgery.
We are looking to recruit a Practice Nurse who will complement the current Practice Nursing and Medical Team to:-
The successful candidate will be able to work both autonomously and as part of a wider multi-disciplinary primary care team.
The candidate must be able to commute within the Practices geographical area and have access to the appropriate means of transport.
A presentation will be required at interview the topic will be advised when invited for interview.

Job Purpose & Summary
The post holder is a qualified Practitioner who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. They will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the Surgery. The post holder will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process. They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and supporting the training of GP Registrars and other nursing staff as required.
