The North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust is seeking a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker for Child and Adolescent Health in Stoke-on-Trent. This full-time position involves working 37.5 hours per week and offers a salary ranging from £24,071 to £25,674 per annum. The successful candidate will support the ARRS Mental Health Team's project aimed at improving communication between children's mental health services and primary care, focusing on children and young people aged 0-25 with mild to moderate mental health needs. Key responsibilities include collaborating with mental health professionals and GP practices, conducting assessments, and assisting with therapeutic activities while ensuring that care is person-centered and aligned with established Trust policies.

The role also entails communication with service users and multi-disciplinary team members, reporting on health statuses, maintaining professional boundaries, and promoting equality and safety in care practices. Candidates will be involved in holistic assessments and the development of care plans that cater to the unique needs of children, young people, and families, all under the guidance of registered health professionals.
