As a Brain Injury Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions. This will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation, as well as administering medication and monitoring health conditions. You will also provide emotional support and companionship, maintain accurate records of care provided, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

You will be responsible to cover Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (24hr shift) 09:00-08.59, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (|12hr shift) 9am to 5pm. On some occasions there will be extra shifts.
