The Brain Injury Support Worker will be responsible for accessing the community with our clients, driving their vehicles, supporting with personal care needs, and assisting with hydration and nutritional tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, and the ability to deal with challenging behaviors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature, are essential. The role also requires the flexibility to work the specified hours and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
