We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team in Coventry, West Midlands. Responsibilities include support with day-to-day activities and personal care.

Pay Rate:
 £15 per hour


Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 10am – 2pm


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accessing the community with our client
  • Driving own client’s vehicle
  • Supporting with personal care needs
  • Assisting with hydration and nutritional tasks


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  • To be able to deal with challenging behaviours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
  • Driving Licenses Required with use of own car

Training & Background Checks:
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
