We are seeking an enthusiastic Practice Manager to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.

You will be working with in our GP Practice and will be responsible for the GP Surgery performance and quality standards, as well as managing data quality issues, providing advice and guidance to all practice staff in the use of the clinical system. 

The Practice Manager is responsible for the implementation of new procedures and the overall smooth running of the surgery, and will have direct management responsibility for all staff and will liaise closely with the Primary Care Manager and Clinical Manager to oversee clinical staffing requirements and issues. developing a strong sense of team spirit, commitment and enthusiasm through all staff.

Role Requirements

  • Practice Manager experience
  • Experience of finances including accounting software, PAYE, managing budgets, etc
  • Leadership experience
  • Intelligent, clear thinking and analytical.

  • Self-motivated, reliable and dedicated
