The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and ACC-accredited Senior Clinical Coder to join its progressive team in Bath. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently coding inpatient and day case episodes using ICD-10 and OPCS-4 standards, ensuring accurate and timely data submission while adhering to national coding guidelines. They will also mentor junior coders, address data quality concerns, and collaborate with medical staff and other departments to resolve coding issues. Candidates should be proficient in utilizing healthcare IT systems and eager to leverage digital opportunities to enhance coding processes.

The position supports a flexible work environment, allowing for on-site, remote, or hybrid options, promoting a positive work/life balance.
