Band 3: £24,433 to £26,060 a year per annum pro rata  FIXED TERM  GOOD SALARY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team to undertake the role of a Band 3 Admin Officer, based within the Patient Services Department at Glan Irfon Health and Care Centre, Builth Wells. The post holder will require excellent communication skills, have a positive and flexible approach to the needs of the service, be motivated, ready for the next challenge and enjoy working as part of a very busy team.

The post holder will provide administrative support within the Patient Services Department, managing waiting lists, booking and sending out appointments for clinics, marking patients as attending / non-attending and undertake audio typing for specialist clinics and consultants. The post holder will also provide a range of clerical and secretarial services as directed, provide support and cross cover within the department.

Knowledge of WPAS and previous audio typing experience is desirable.
