Band 3: £22,816 to £24,336 a year per annum pro rata  PERMANENT  GOOD SALARY 

The Senior Healthcare Support Worker within the Marjorie Warren day hospital and outpatient clinic setting, provides high quality, caring, compassionate and personal care to patients and their families/carers, under the direction of the registered healthcare professionals and senior colleagues, both independently and as part of the multi- disciplinary team.

Successful applicants must possess a high level of professionalism and confidence, and a positive commitment to service improvement.

You will be expected to meet all the values and behaviours set out by The Trust, act as a role model for junior staff and go that extra mile to provide the high standard of service required at all times in our small unit.

As well as administrative preparation, communication with the public and delivering personal care, this senior role includes undertaking venepuncture, measurement of vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, Blood Pressure) & ECG recording . Ongoing training will be given to ensure your competencies and skills are kept up to date.
