The Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Clinical Pharmacist for a fixed-term position (15 months, maternity cover) in Chester. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering quality mental health pharmacy services. Applicants should have a minimum of two years' post-registration experience, completed or in-progress clinical pharmacy postgraduate study, and demonstrated clinical pharmacy competencies. While mental health experience is preferred, it is not essential. The role will involve planning and delivering specialized mental health pharmacy services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet patients' pharmaceutical care needs, and providing education on safe medication use.
