The East Cheshire NHS Trust is seeking two internal candidates for the role of Service Transformation Facilitator, a Band 5 position that promotes continuous quality improvement and transformational change within the organisation. Ideal applicants will collaborate with teams across both acute and community settings, employing quality improvement methodologies to plan and deliver initiatives, analyze data, and provide evidence of effectiveness. The role involves supporting diverse projects, facilitating workshops, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while operating in a matrix-style consultancy function.

The position is available for 37.5 hours per week, with one permanent and one fixed-term contract until November 2025. Only current East Cheshire NHS Trust employees—including regular, bank, and volunteer staff—are eligible to apply.
