The University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic nurse to fill the role of Oncology Discharge Coordinator in London. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients with complex health, housing, and social needs, preferably with a background in oncology nursing. The primary responsibility of this position is to enhance the quality of care for oncology patients by facilitating safe and timely discharges back into the community, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, with the capacity to work independently and manage a varied workload.
