The role of Wound Clinic Nurse at Medway Community Healthcare in Gillingham involves providing specialized wound and leg ulcer care in dedicated clinics operating seven days a week across multiple locations in Medway. Nurses will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, implementing and evaluating personalized care plans, and prescribing treatments. Candidates should possess strong clinical assessment abilities, work effectively both independently and within a multi-disciplinary team, and be committed to evidence-based practice in wound care.

Successful candidates will support senior wound therapists in managing clinic operations, oversee healthcare assistants, and mentor students and other visitors.
