We are looking for a confident Mental Health Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Cygnet Sedgley Lodge & House. You will be working 42 hours a week including days, nights & weekends, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Sedgley Lodge & House. Cygnet Sedgley Lodge & House offers a 34-bed high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men with complex needs.

Cygnet Sedgley Lodge & House offers a 34-bed high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men with complex needs. The service is designed to provide an environment that promotes mental health recovery by focusing on space, personal privacy, and dignity.

Your day-to-day
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
You are
