We are seeking a dedicated individual with a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years/Child Care and a passion for nurturing babies and toddlers. This is a part-time role (25.5 hours per week) where you'll work closely with a supportive team in a caring and stimulating environment, dedicated to providing top-notch care and education for our youngest learners.

As a vital member of our nurturing family, you will engage with children aged 1-2 years, planning enriching activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. With a focus on creativity and sensory play, you'll create unforgettable learning experiences in both indoor and outdoor settings. Your role includes being a 'Key Worker', where you'll develop strong bonds with a small group of children and collaborate with parents to support their needs. We offer fantastic benefits, including generous annual leave and a valuable NHS pension, while you enjoy the fulfilment of shaping the future generation. If you’re motivated, flexible, and truly passionate about early childhood education, we can't wait to hear from you!

More about the NHS
The National Health Service (NHS) is a cornerstone of healthcare in the United Kingdom, established in 1948 with the simple yet profound principle of providing healthcare to all citizens, free at the point of use. This revolutionary system aimed to ensure that access to medical services would not depend on an individual’s financial situation, a concept that has since become fundamental to British societal values.Learn more...
