The South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice HR Assistant to join their Employee Relations and Inclusion Teams in Sunderland. This 24-month apprenticeship offers a comprehensive training program, allowing the successful candidate to support administrative functions and serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries. Applicants should have a flexible approach, the ability to work in a dynamic team environment, and a commitment to compassionate and inclusive values. A minimum of GCSE Grade C/4 in Math and English is required, and following the completion of the apprenticeship, there is potential for a substantive position.

Apprentices will engage with a range of administrative tasks, plan and organize their workloads, and build strong relationships with colleagues, all while developing their skills through the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship Standard. Interested candidates are reminded that the Trust cannot offer Skilled Worker Sponsorship for this role.
