We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

She is a cheerful young girl who loves attending school and interacting with her peers. She particularly enjoys sensory play, which includes lights, toys, and music.

Your role? To provide essential care during the night, remain attentive and manage her clinical care requirements as they arise.

Please note, our service users have specifically requested female staff for their team.

Pay Rates:

  • £13.00 - £15.00 per hour
  • Approx. £108.00 - £120.00 (based on a 8 hour weekend day shift)
  • Approx. £143 - £165 (per 11-hour night shift during term time)
  • Approx. £130 - £150 (per 10-hour night shift during none-term time)

Shifts Available:

  • Full Time & Part Time Nights
  • 2-3 shifts per week
  • 10pm 9am (Term Time)
  • 10pm -8am (None-Term Time)
  • Part Time Days Saturday & Sunday
  • 4 hour shifts (Term Time) 8 hour shifts (None-Term Time)

Essential Experience:

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication administration
  • Personal care
  • Moving and handling

The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.

The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.

Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
