Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated Senior Night Support Worker to join their team at Amberwood Lodge in Poole, providing specialized support for adults with autism and learning disabilities. The role involves working 42 hours a week through 12-hour night shifts, where the successful candidate will assist in the daily operations of the service, allocate duties, and provide essential care tailored to individual needs. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to empowering service users, and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment.
