We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join the Quality Team at West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (WYICB). Based at Leeds ICB, this role is integral to supporting the quality assurance of NHS and private care providers, ensuring that services commissioned under the NHS Standard Contract meet the highest standards.

Working on key priorities identified for Leeds and wider West Yorkshire, youll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in patient safety, outcomes, and experience. As a Quality Manager at Leeds Integrated Care Board (ICB), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care. Working closely within a collaborative Quality Team and the wider ICB matrix team, youll focus on key priorities for Leeds and West Yorkshire, helping to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery across NHS and private providers.

Your role will involve analysing quality performance data, providing expert advice on quality assurance, and collaborating with partners to embed best practices. You will help identify areas for improvement and guide services to address these through tailored interventions. A significant part of your role will include producing quality reports, leading workstreams, and coordinating responses to quality concerns.

In addition, youll work with colleagues across the health and care system, including clinical teams, senior leaders, and external partners, to ensure that all providers meet national standards and deliver the best possible care.
