The Lincolnshire Community Health Service NHS Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse for the position of Community Staff Nurse in the Grantham/Sleaford District Nursing Team. This role involves delivering patient care autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a variety of settings, including patients' homes and care facilities.
