Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated TB Outreach Nurse to join their team at Whipps Cross Hospital in London. This role is ideal for a nurse interested in specializing in infectious diseases and public health, providing patient-centered care to both adult and pediatric patients with active and latent tuberculosis (TB). The nurse will manage a designated caseload, focusing on underserved populations, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and allied services to ensure high-quality care according to national guidelines.

The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced TB knowledge and skills, act as a case manager, and develop leadership capabilities within the TB nursing team. The position requires flexibility and responsiveness to patient needs, as well as a commitment to delivering accessible nursing services while fostering effective partnerships across multiple sites within Barts Health, which experiences some of the highest TB case numbers in the UK.
