To carry out facilities support to the tenants and services in designated premises. To ensure the operational day to day management of those premises is effective and runs smoothly. Ensure a quality service in line with the Service Level Agreement, National Specification for Cleanliness in the NHS and NHS Guidance is provided and maintained.
To audit and monitor external and internal contractors supplying soft and hard FM services.
The successful applicant will need to show they have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will need to be flexible, self-driven and adaptable. Must be a car driver and hold a full UK driving licence.

*To provide proactive, comprehensive, efficient and effective overall day to day management of designated premises, staff and services.
*To line manage Reception, administration and other relevant staff.
*To manage all site appropriate budgets. Use local knowledge of sites/services to provide suggestions to enable changes to improve budget position/make savings.
*To manage all contracted out services on relevant sites
*To work closely with the clinical line managers to improve services to patients, staff and tenants.
