The role of HGH Senior Theatre Practitioner at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Banbury involves providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a perioperative setting. Responsibilities include managing a defined caseload, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team, and leading clinical practice in alignment with the Trust's values. The practitioner will be tasked with assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care from admission to discharge and will support the management team by acting as shift coordinator and taking on additional responsibilities as required.

In addition to direct patient care, the Senior Theatre Practitioner is expected to foster a collaborative team spirit, mentor junior staff, and contribute to departmental education and development programs.
