The Employment Advisor role at Mental Health Matters in St. Albans involves supporting individuals with mild to moderate mental health needs in overcoming employment challenges. Working closely with the IAPT Service and DWP, the role includes one-on-one assistance in community settings to aid clients in job retention, employer liaison, and securing paid or voluntary work. Candidates should have an interest in employment support, knowledge of employment rights, and an understanding of the Equalities Act as it relates to employment. The position requires at least A-Level standards and experience working with individuals facing mental health issues.

This full-time position offers a salary of £24,678 per annum (plus London weighting) and includes a hybrid working environment across Hertfordshire.
