By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a sociable young lady in Haslingden.

She has a passion for all things related to horses and cherishes quality time with her family, care team, and her beloved pony. She loves engaging with her community and relaxing while watching her favourite shows on television.

In addition to delivering essential care for our service user throughout the night, your role will also encompass providing companionship and support.

Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Pay Rates:

£13.00 - £14.50 per hour
Approx. £130.00 - £145.00 (per 10-hour night shift)

Shifts Available:

Full Time or Part Time Nights
2- 3 shifts per week
11:00pm -9:00am
Alternate weekends are essential for this position

The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.

The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
