The Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an exceptional clinician to take on the role of Employment Clinical Team Lead within their Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Employment team in Uxbridge. This position requires a strong clinical leader to provide quality employment support services aligned with IPS principles and the fidelity quality framework. The successful candidate will motivate and inspire a team of Employment Specialists, collaborate with community stakeholders, support service users in achieving employment goals, and ensure adherence to the NHS Long Term Plan in Hillingdon. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, managing performance, and fostering relationships with employers.

In addition to team leadership, the Employment Clinical Team Lead will maintain a small caseload to directly support individuals in finding and retaining paid employment. This role emphasises a community-focused approach, promoting service user choice, maintaining high standards of clinical practice, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative frameworks. The candidate will be a key member of the Hub leadership team, responsible for developing employment support models and engaging with other employment services across North West London to provide coordinated support.
