The Devon Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Band 7 Community Team Manager for the Riviera Core Mental Health Team in Paignton. This role involves overseeing the operational management of the team, including staff line management, performance evaluation, financial oversight, and the promotion of a Recovery Model that emphasises social inclusion and collaborative care. The manager will work closely with external agencies such as police and social services, lead on service delivery, ensure adherence to quality standards, and develop strong working relationships across the health and social care landscape.
