Band 3: £24,071 to £25,674 a year Per annum  PERMANENT

We are looking to recruit a well organised Team Administrator, to provide an efficient support service to our Durham & Darlington Getting Help Service.

Applicants should be self-motivated, organised and have a flexible approach to work. The ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to perform repetitive tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail, have the capacity to prioritise their workload and accommodates urgent requests from senior staff whilst dealing sensitively with issues and maintaining confidential information.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, taking action where necessary and ensuring messages are communicated accurately and in an appropriate and timely manner coupled with proven administrative skills and previous experience is essential.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills, and have an understanding of administrative/clerical procedures and experience of working in a customer service environment.

Applicants would be the first point of contact for service users, family and carers, responding to a range of enquiries or concerns.
