The Teaching Fellow in Medicine ST3+ position at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is a one-year role designed for doctors who have completed Internal Medical Training or are at ST4-ST6 level. The position focuses on enhancing teaching skills while providing practical experience in General Medicine. The successful candidate will be involved in educational programming for Foundation Year and Specialty Trainees, and will contribute to clinical work within the Medicine Department, maintaining medical skills while gaining insights into medical education and simulation.

Responsibilities include delivering and organizing teaching sessions for junior medical staff, supporting the onboarding processes for new FY1 doctors, and participating in an on-call rota.
