The Research Nurse position at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board in Merthyr Tydfil focuses on ensuring the well-being of research participants, including patients and staff, throughout the research process. The role involves supporting participants in accordance with research protocols and relevant legislation, as well as assisting in the operational management and delivery of both commercial and non-commercial research projects.
