Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pharmacy Technician specialising in Medicines Optimisation to join its pharmacy service at HMP Wandsworth. This role involves providing medicines management services, conducting medicines reconciliation, and supporting the dispensing process within the prison system. Ideal candidates should possess either an Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification or a Medicines Management (MM) qualification, and will work alongside a prison services pharmacist to maintain high standards of medication administration and adherence to established protocols.
