Long Stratton Medical Practice has an exciting opportunity for a data administrator/secretary to join their team on a part-time or job share basis for 30 hours per week.

• Audio and copy typing for GPs and health professionals including referral letters, reports and minutes.
• Organising relevant documentation for external agencies.
• Processing referrals on system.
• Summarising records.
• Coding relevant information from patients clinical letters and records.
• IT work including recalls and audits.
• Attending meetings and taking minutes.
• Reviewing and checking medical records.
• Managing practices email inbox.
