The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with young people facing significant trauma, as well as those engaged with statutory Social Care services or Early Help provisions. Responsibilities include promoting understanding of children's needs and supporting multi-agency collaboration, with an emphasis on Trauma Informed Care principles to enhance resilience and stability in young people's lives.
