The role of Sister/Charge Nurse in the Acute Assessment Unit (AAU) at Conquest Hospital involves leading a busy 19-bedded ward that manages medical assessments for patients referred by GPs and A&E. The ideal candidate should have acute care experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor and support both students and staff. This position requires resilience and the ability to maintain high standards of care under pressure.
