Band Consultant: £106,000 to £154,760 a year Per annum  PERMANENT  GOOD SALARY 

CANCER HAEMATOLOGY ON-CALL
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a Medical Oncologist Consultant to join their growing team in Bangor, North Wales, with a focus on colorectal and urological cancers. The successful candidate will be based at Ysbyty Gwynedd and will participate in on-call duties on a 1 in 5 basis. The role involves providing specialist oncological services, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless cancer care across various divisions. Additionally, the consultant will have opportunities to engage in clinical research, develop a site specialist interest, and participate in audits, teaching, and continuing medical education.

The Cancer Division is undergoing significant changes, embracing innovative working models and expanding its workforce with new roles, such as Physician's Associates and Advanced Nurse Practitioners.
